Installation and commissioning
Installation and commissioning of all medical and laboratory equipment supplied by our company are done by our competent Bio-Medical team as per strict Manufacturers’ guidelines.
SPARE PARTS
In order to ensure that downtime is cut to a minimum, Ducray Lenoir stocks a fairly large number of spare parts for equipment supplied by us and ensures that non-stock items for any critical equipment are dispatched by our principals urgently through Express courier.
Project Management
For additional support and expertise, Ducray Lenoir has its Project Management team to ensure that every project is monitored through every phase of implementation right from the signature of a contract till successful commissioning and handing over of equipment.
Pre-installation drawings to ensure that sites and/or utilities are adapted for acceptance of equipment are provided whenever required
Maintenance Contracts
Ducray Lenoir offers maintenance contracts which are customised to suit budget and requirements, thus securing customers against any unforeseen risks whilst ensuring highest reliability and fastest response to malfunction.
Pharmacy and Veterinary
In addition to diagnostic and preventive solutions, DUCRAY LENOIR works with Sterop Lab Belgium, Samarth Pharma India, Durbin Plc UK, OTSUKA INDIA, Baxter South Africa or Kedrion S.p.A Italy to provide a wide range of pharmaceutical products to patients and health professionals.

Medical Diagnostics
The Diagnostic Laboratory Business Line was created in 2009 with the aim to be a one-stop shop for
the Medical Laboratories for the local and regional market. With our wide range of reliable and
renowned suppliers, we provide complete solutions to the medical laboratories both in the public and
private market.
We have a complete product range to service medical laboratories from the pre-analytics
consumables, the laboratory equipment and consumables, reagents for the different sections of the
human pathology. Our products are very often used as benchmark to other competitors’ products.
All our products have the required conformance certificates. Our range of products consists of
needles, vacuum collection tubes, reagents, rapid diagnosis tests and equipment for the different
sections of the pathological laboratory.
Remote Diagnostics
Remote diagnostics facilities are also provided whereby major equipment are connected via high speed modems to our different Uptime Centers overseas. A pool of Specialists can then access systems and faults can be diagnosed and even corrected remotely.
